1.3 out of 5		I ordered a FSAS hoodie priced at £55 for my daughter (for her birthday) - it never arrived. The company did not respond to my emails and their phone lines are apparently out of order (although they are working according to BT so I'm not sure if the recorded message is real or not). They claimed the item was returned undelivered but Royal Mail were unable to trace this non-delivery and after a month I gave up any hope of getting my item and raised a claim through PayPal. Luckily, PayPal were able to recover my money - the company didn't respond to PayPal's enquiries either. Based on my experience I wouldn't order anything from this company again.
