This is the first time either me or my partner has used an umbrella company and have to say it has been a very pleasant experience. We have been using them for nearly four months now and have actually been impressed by the service. They charge £16 a week and for that my partner is exempt from tax. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and talked me through everything to start with. I do the accounts side for my partner as he is out working and i am at home and they have talked me through spreadsheets and are always on the end of the phone when we need them. Every member of staff either of us have spoken to from all depts have been friendly, efficient and helpful. I have seen other reviews for this company and can only assume they must have sorted their problems out as we have had no bad experience with them at all.
