Stephen Murray has many years of one-to-one coaching experience. And a wealth of practical knowledge along with an impressive academic background: An HND in sports therapy and an honours degree in Sport in the Community from Strathclyde University.

Combine this with a passion for helping others to achieve their potential and his ability to establish a rapport with his clients that makes every training session an experience.

Paul Rutherford - has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry spanning over fifteen years. During this time he has been the manager of several large city centre gyms. This has enabled him to critically appraise the best and the worst aspects of fitness training.

As someone who has always enjoyed helping people, he relishes one-to-one training, bringing together his sporting knowledge and his enjoyment of encouraging and communicating with people.

One To One Personal Trainer has an expanding customer base, located in and around Glasgow, including private clients. The firm aims to supply businesses with a professional one to one personal training and lifestyle management service and has a fully equipped private gymnasium.
