I contact Rob just after lunch, took the laptop to him after I finished work and received a phone call 3 hours later with the bad news that laptop was BER. I needed the school reports from the hard disk. Before lunch on the following day I had a disk with the files and my faulty laptop returned.
What superb service from a local company. I strongly recommend the use of the company and will be returning with any future PC problems.

Upon analysis the problem was quickly identified, the solution proposed and implemented and now she has received back a machine far quicker and responsive than ever before. I couldn't have asked for a better and quicker outcome. |

5.0 out of 5 | I telephoned OCS at 4:00 this morning as we had a burglary at our premises over the weekend, and had our server and 6 desktops stolen. Even though we were over 200 miles from OCS, they had an engineer on site before 8:00 and by this afternoon, had installed a new server as well as the desktops and all our software which was incredible. So tomorrow all our staff will be able to work as before. I cant praise OCS enough, and they have guaranteed all our work in the future. One hell of a company other companies I had spoken to said it would take at least 3 days to be up and running again, just shows you who you can trust as Mr Oakley said that it might take 18 hours but completed it all in less then 8 truly a trustworthy company.
