OceanWave Coaching is led by John Campbell Ricketts, a qualified coaching practitioner who has worked with senior managers in a range of public and private sector organisations. He is accredited by the European Commission to coach senior managers, and has worked with Directors and other senior managers in a number of countries in this role. Before specialising as a coach in 2001, John had a full career as a senior police officer. All associates of OceanWave Coaching have completed post-graduate coaching qualifications and have held senior positions in a range of organisations.
