With 20 years experience in the Cottages sector, Oceans agencies is a small family run business that provides beautiful well stocked holiday accommodation to individuals throughout world. Founded in 2005, the business is based in Cabus (Preston).
Heather Bank Cottage is in Gilsland near Brampton, Cumbria and has been beautifully put together for the purpose of making holidaymakers welcome and relaxed. Offering family accommodation of a high standard sleeping a maximum of 8. It is situated in 140 acres of private woodlands, is only a few hundred yards from the Spa Hotel and a short walk to the village where part of Hadrian’s Wall is situated.
Gilsland is on the boarders of Cumbria and Northumberland and only 20 miles from Gretna Green and the Scottish Boarders. The east coast and also the Lake District are easily accessible
The location is a great place for visiting many Roman sites. The activities available are endless such as horse riding, golf and swimming, walking, cycling or just relaxing.
The cottage offers all mod cons such as 42inch TV, dishwasher, broadband internet and much more, with all this available the cottage has still kept its original features and complete country cottage feel.

This fabulous four-bedroom cottage offers everything needed for a perfect holiday Linen and towels provided. Logs and Coal included. Extra pillows and blankets available.
The Master bedroom houses a king size bed with steps to enter, like the Princess and the Pea
Games and Books available. Some DVD’s are provided
The Views are simply fantastic and it is difficult to pick the best time of year to visit, it has beauty through every season. The cottage is visited by every kind of bird imaginable, last count was 26 varieties; it is also visited by Roe deer and Red squirrels.
The Spa Hotel, only a few hundred yards away, offers excellent eating out facilities at a reasonable price to include a Carvery. There is a pool table and the opertunity to play Pitch and Put
From the back courtyard of Heather Bank, there is access to a beautiful walk down by the river with breath taking views.
Private gardens and secure parking provided.

Heather Bank Cottage has a satisfied group of customers that are located worldwide. Many families return on a regular basis.
Guest and improvements books are provided and guests are asked to fill in with honest comments. The improvements book proved to be invaluable at the early stage as guests were able to point out the little things that had been over looked, Heather Bank now provides everything any guest may need. A thanks must be said to everyone who assisted in reaching perfection.
