Ocean Complete Home Solutions is a family run business, Terence Witten runs the day to day operations of the business and project manages all the jobs. Colin Witten co-ordinates the engineers' diaries and does the business admin.
We had a complete bathroom re fit with Ocean. While Ocean are not cheap the workmanship is of the highest quality and the finish justified the cost. Terence was able to provide informed ideas when choosing the bathroom suite and design and we had no issues or delays. Having the same person install the bathroom made communication simple and provided us much piece of mind. The service with Ocean is excellent and we are thrilled with the results.
Overall excellent. Great team, very efficient and professional, conducted the bathroom refit with minimal disruption. Good at finding solutions to unexpected problems that always crop up. Terence was always available for any questions or queries and was very responsive to all emails/calls. Visitors have been very impressed with the quality which surpassed my expectations. Very pleased with the new bathroom and planning to use Ocean again in future for a kitchen refit.

Full bathroom refurbishment was requested. The project went on significantly longer than expected. There were several exceptional charges that made the project overall very expensive. Unhappy with the customer service and resolutions provided.
