With over 30 years of experience in upholstery, Oakbrook Upholstery provides all upholstery related services to customers throughout the region and UK-based interior designers.

The business was founded by Paul Allen in 2005. Prior to this Paul worked for many years as a senior upholsterer at another well known Sheffield upholstery company.

Oakbrook Upholstery has much experience in both re-upholstery and bespoke made-to-measure upholstered furniture. Over the last few years they have built up a vast fabric and wallpaper library which is the best in the area.

Paul and his small team work to exacting standards and also have expertise in the restoration of antique upholstered pieces. The combination of the perfect fabric and the craftsmanship really can restore that much-loved piece.

Helping customers to re-upholster furniture, or make pieces of bespoke upholstered furniture, the company provides customers with a complete professional upholstery service. With a small team of craftsmen, the services provided are intended to meet all upholstery and soft furnishing requirements including re-upholstery, bespoke upholstery, curtains and blinds, new footstools, new headboards and they also supply a vast range of fabrics and wallpapers/wall-coverings.

As well as providing a quality re-upholstery service, Oakbrook Upholstery are able to manufacture bespoke upholstered furniture including sofas, chairs, footstools and headboards. As well as local customers, work is often commissioned for high-end interior designers on projects for highly discerning customers that demand the very best in terms of craftsmanship.
