He does not judge and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are fit he will make you fitter and if you are unfit he will help you reach your goals as long as you are prepared to work. What I mean is that from my experience he very much tailors the training to where you are at... and dare i say it, he makes it fun too.

Great guy, great value and great fun. Spencer provided personalised fitness and diet training for me at home. There were no faddy diets and it was all good, sensible advice. The fitness training started at exactly the right level (basic) and built me up through the weeks, pushing me on. No embarrassment and felt as though he really cared.
I was after sport specific training and Spencer really tailored the training to suit exactly what I was training for. I loved it! Every week he came up with new exercises which kept it interesting, and it all paid off! So very pleased and would highly recommend Spencer!

I heard about Npc from my wife who had been training with Spencer for a while so I gave it a go. From the initial consultation Spencer was professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to produce a training program to fit my requirements. I wanted to add muscle mass and the advice in diet and supplements was first class. After 5 weeks of my first program I had gained 7 pounds. I am now on my second 8 week cycle and have noticed a big difference in strength and fitness. I particularly like the way that Spencer explains everything to you so you can gain an understanding of what and why you are doing certain things and not just doing it for the because you where told too. He is teaching you to continue the training after he has gone and take ownership of it. I would recommend Spencer to anyone who wants to gain or lose weight or just improve fitness, you certainly won't be disappointed.
Before beginning the course I was convinced that I couldn't lose weight and that it wouldn't work on me. However, a year on I have lost over three stone and by sticking to my calorie limit and walking for 45 minutes a day, the weight is still coming off. I cannot praise Spencer enough for the help, guidance and support during the 12 weeks and after that too. I would recommend the course to anyone, without sounding like a cliché, it really has changed my life. Thank you!
