5.0 out of 5 | i would recommend that anyone starting a class at this school should sign up for a month to feel the true benefits of the exercises, I did and haven't looked back since. The teacher provides excellent tuition and makes old and young, male and female feel very comfortable and very welcome. All ages and ability are catered for in a caring and encouraging manner. After only a month I felt at least ten years younger and far more supple than i have in years. |
