Laura Ashley-Timms, the Director of the company, is one of the business coaches and ensures that the exacting professional standards are maintained. Her passion for coaching stems from her early sporting career where she experienced first hand the benefits of making continual improvements to her performance and from being constantly motivated and challenged by her coaches. These lessons stayed with her throughout her international business career, which has included senior roles within Marks and Spencer and Ragdoll Productions.
In addition to Laura, Notion has a number of other outstanding business coaches covering all parts of the country. They are all fully accredited, unique and all of an excellent calibre. All have many years experience of delivering business coaching, are highly qualified and passionate about getting results for their clients. They all have director level / senior management experience in business and therefore have extensive knowledge of the challenges that business owners face today.
