The company is managed by Chris Neary who has been involved in the Guttering industry for many years. Chris Neary is well trained to take good care of the company and his customers.

| 2.05 2.0 out of 5 -  I'm sorry but I won't be using this firm again. They fitted the new drain pipe actually resting on the garden hose tap. I asked them twice to come back but in the end had to have it done by someone else. Heres the picture:

Also the part that went into the drain was not fixed at all and fell off

Company response : The tap could still be turned and that was the only angle available to direct the rain water to the drains. We are aware of one request to return, you stated that there was no rush.
Maybe the installation could have been better but what your photo does not show is the "stinking" rabbit hutches to the right where the pipe comes down, one of our operatives was actually psychically sick because of the smell. I feel this probably affected the standard of the work. |

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Excellent all-round service. Staff were highly professional and delivered an equally professional installation. Issues with the property were assessed and rectified as part of the service. This involved a full fitting of fascia, soffit and cladding on a 4 bedroom detached property. Old wooden and UPVC materials were removed from the site on completion. cladding. I cannot rate this service too highly.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - We had leaking guttering which caused water damage to the interior of the house. We tried a couple of local companies to get this repaired as it didn't seem to be as easy a job as it sounds. North West Gutter Cares website enabled us to describe the fault accurately and send a photo for them to view the problem. Chris got in touch the same day, visited that afternoon and provided a very competitive quote for the repair including removal of hip tiles, a replacement roof tile and gutter repair. Due to his prompt response and competitive price we arranged for the repair to be performed the next day. He turned up when promised, the repair was performed as required and we haven't had a problem since. I am more than happy to recommend their friendly service.
