I was unfortunate enough to get a virus on my laptop, which locked it so you couldn't do anything at all. Took it to Steve around 2pm and it was fully fixed by 8pm that same day, which was fantastic and everything worked perfectly. I had other questions after getting the laptop back and Steve answered everything with clear explanations. Really easy to contact through phone and text. Can't stress how helpful he was. Would recommend to anyone.
My Dell lap top had slowed down to a crawl. It took over 6 mins to switch off and was almost unusable. Steve has transformed it and now it works like new. He also collected and returned it, which saved me a load of time in a busy schedule. Thanks. Very professional.
Can't believe the service this morning, I phone4 home button not working, rang and had phone in Pc repairs hands within the hour, back two hours later fixed. Highly reccomended.
Whilst viewing an item on You Tube, my laptop inexplicably crashed and refused to start again. Eventually, the following day, I managed to get it started again, but to my dismay found that the keyboard no longer worked. The touchpad was working so I could move the pointer and click on items but I was unable to use the keypad and type, etc. I contacted North East PC Repair in the morning and an hour later Steve arrived and took it away for inspection. I got a call the following day to say that they had discovered 3 "Trojan's" on the laptop and had run a complete check and had decided that, as well as the presence of viruses - which had probably caused the laptop to crash - the keyboard was broken and would need replacing. Steve asked if I wished them to order and fit a new keyboard and quoted the price. Two days later I received another call to say that the keyboard had been delivered, had been fitted and had solved the problem. Steve then returned the laptop, to the door, within the hour that day. What can I say? I found North East PC Repair to be courteous, extremely efficient and competitively priced. I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem.
I dropped a glass of water over my laptop late last night, rang 9.30 this morning and they came out by 11.30 computer was fixed by 11.55. My screen was smashed. Cost £90 to replace. Couldnt rate them higher, exellent service, exellent price :-).

Had a nasty ransomvirus impersonating the FBI and asking me for $300, that had entirely barred my access to the computer- had tried everything to fix it for myself including running the computer off a USB stick. They had to completely reset my windows os, managed to keep all my files and got it back to me in 24ish hours. Superb service!
My sons netbook screen cracked. Steve picked it up, repaired it and returned it in one day for a very fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pc problem - excellent!
