I was able to measure up and get an idea of the cost from the website before even contacting them, and in the end the price I paid was exactly what I'd worked it out to be in advance. You have to wonder why other companies don't do this. all the quotes we recieved from other companies,included the cost of scaffolding,but these guys have a laddering system,with which they don't need scaffolding,which brings the price right down to an affordable level.
