No 15 offers stylish and comfortable accommodation in one of Liverpool's historic early Victorian terraces. The building overlooks the Grade 11* listed Princes Park and the mansions of the city's former shipping magnates and merchants.
The room offered is very spacious, with king sized bed, open fire and all modern conveniences including TV and WiFi. It is furnished and decorated period style with library bookcases and an adjacent bathroom.

There is easy access to the large communal garden, and off-street parking is available. It is only 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, and is on the main bus route to and from John Lennon airport (15 mins by taxi or 30 mins by bus).

Guests can be certain of a warm welcome in the apartment home of a garden designer and her two cats, with every effort made to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Breakfast is served in the large and characterful kitchen and includes homemade jams and marmalade, and organic ingredients whenever possible.

My stay at this B+B was just perfect. I'd orginally been looking at generic hotels, but I'm so glad I booked here instead! I just loved the room, and the open fire, lit when I arrived (it was a cold day) was unexpected and wonderful. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable. Christine was really friendly and helpful with advice on where to go and where to eat. I also enjoyed spending some time with her very friendly cat! An excellent, private B+B with character, I'd definitely stay here again if back in Liverpool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very cold night and the log fire in our room was very cosy. Christine was so friendly and helpful, and cooked a great breakfast. The flat is beautiful and most comfortable.

We had a lovely trip to Liverpool last November. It was a joy to stay at this b&b and we were extremely greatful for the suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Christine went out of her way to help us and was a very caring host. Coming back to the room after a day on our feet and finding a warm fire was a delight. The breakfasts were tasty and as other people have said I particularly enjoyed the home grown tomatoes!
I hope to stay here again in 2013.
