Thai massage is possibly one of the most invigorating full body massages available and involves stretching and deep tissue work, as well as a relaxing head, neck and face massage with essential oils. Regular sessions can improve circulation drastically and even reduce cellulite as toxins release from the cells. Choose from a 60 minute, 90 minute or 120 minute massage and prepare to drift off into a world of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Natural Face Lift Massage is a truly amazing treatment that re-trains facial muscles and lifts the face. Using unique techniques, wrinkles dramatically reduce.
Reiki (which combines crystal healing) is a form of healing using "universal life energy" channelled through Nina, who is a Reiki Master. It is powerful, but very gentle and relaxing. The next day I immediately noticed that my energy levels were significantly higher than they had been in a long time. I went for a swim that day and I swam 80 lengths.... I could only manage 20 previously.

Nina is extremely professional with her service and execution, I was very dubious about having Reiki as an alternative treatment but now that I have been three times I will continue to go every month, the surroundings and location are peaceful and relaxing. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and very chilled out. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is sceptical (like I was) or anyone seeking alternative therapy or a great massage.
