Have used Nic to build me a bespoke desktop PC and help me with viruses over the years as well as advice on cleaning servicing my PC..

Nic has cleaned it all up, tidied all my icons and generally speeded things up.

| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - Nic replaced a very badly damaged lap top screen and case, I was amazed at how well it was repaired and looked on return. In addition Nic cleaned up my PC removed unwanted programmes and significantly improved the performance of the lap top at no extra cost!
I will definitely be using Nic's services in the future.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - After having a high end pc built a couple of years ago, I wanted to ensure everything was still as it should be. The guy who built it seems to have vanished, so I called Nic, and explained the situation, and said I may need some upgrades as it had slowed down.
Nic came last night and checked everything out, and rather than try and sell me any upgrades, he said that what I had was fine, but just needed tidying up. He spent a couple of hours sorting it out, deleting old programes and pointless stuff, refining options throughout the system, updating software and downloading a few things.
I always enjoy watching someone work, who is at the top of their game. Really enjoyable experience as Nic doesn't bombard you with techy speak, he explains things simply.
For the level of service Nic provides, It has to be money well spent, as it's cheap as chips as we say. I feel confident now that if I get a problem, Nic will be on hand to sort it out. It's like having my own IT department.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I spoke to Nic about upgrading my computer, and not only did Nic thoroughly explain everything but he actually offered much better alternatives to what I wanted, so as to save me money. This must be the first company that has dissuaded me from spending large amounts when cheaper alternatives are just as suitable: a truly refreshing concept from a business! I will certainly be recommending Nic to anyone who needs similar help.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Nick Bunting was recommended to me by my son, who had taken his computer for 'hospital treatment' to Nick Bunting. When my computer was playing up, he arranged to take it to Nick for treatment. I couldnt access the internet at all. Nick had my computer from the Thursday evening to Monday - however, he was away for the weekend and couldnt even look at it until the Monday on his return. The machine was fixed shortly after 2pm on the Monday. He said he just 'tweeked this and that' and now the machine is working faster and clearer than ever. Many thanks, Nick, So glad we have found such a reliable and efficient IT engineer. I shall sleep sounder at nights now.
