I'm a first time tattoo-haver, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to go. Billy and Loo are lovely and very knowledgeable. They put me at my ease and helped me choose an individual, one of a kind tattoo that really means something to me. I love it. I'll be going back for another one very soon. Can't speak highly enough of the place for tattoos, and there's also a range of hand-made jewellery, soap and other crafts. Relaxing (yes really, even with the needle!) and exciting at the same time. I'm hooked now, definitely.
I Have had tattoos at other studios but this tattoo is by far the best I have and its not even finished, Bill and Loo are the nicest people you will ever meet down to earth and just love what they do as a job. Bill is really dedicated to his work and enjoys doing it, he has even ran over the session time, once he starts he doesn't want to stop :)they make you feel really comftable whilst having it done. The customer service from them both is amazing. I feel like I am at home when in the studio.
I've had tatoos at other studios but I now know how a tattoo should be done. The service I received was exceptional and I was made to feel part of the process from start to finish. Can't wait for my next one.
We've been up to see Billy and Loo twice now and I can honestly say that we've always been made to feel really welcome. They are a great team dedicated to the customer. The quality of work is great and I am 100% sure that I am going back for more, and we are based in the south west. Highly recommend.

I've been to a few tattoo artists in the north-west but once I started going to New Addiction 6 years ago I haven't looked back. You won't find a better artist. :).
Simply the best! had different tattoo`s from other artist`s, soon as I had my first one with Billy at new addiction I wont let anyone else tattoo me. Words cant express how good Billy and Loo are. 11 hours so far and I wont be stopping. Best artist ever! FACT.
Was really impressed with the service. This was my first tattoo, Bill and Loo really friendly, made to feel comfortable and at ease, everything explained. Took four sessions to complete, appointment times great to fit in with working shifts.
So pleased with the end result, would go back and will definately recommend to friends.
I have been a customer of New Addiction for many years that in its self should tell you about the service given. You can try the rest but here’s where you will find the best. Thanks New Addiction.
