The man came out on friday exactly when he said he would and within 45 mins our computer was as good as new. He had removed lots of virus things and cleaned it all up for us. I was recommended this company by one of my work mates who said that they were really good value for money and professional.
The gentleman who I made contact with was called Gary. From the first phone call right through to him installing it in my home, he kept me up to date, listened to my requirements and made suggestions on how to get best value for my budget and requirements.

4.7 out of 5 | I called on networksafe to help me with my dead pc.The engineer called me back within 5 mins of me leaving a message and arranged a time to suit me as I work shifts.
He arrived at 8 o clock at night as arranged not 5 to or 5 past diagnosed the problem and had it back up and running in 15 mins with a new part which they warranted for three years.
