Started in 2001, NCW Book-keeping and Office Services has many years experience in the
book-keeping sector, and focuses on providing book-keeping and secretarial services to clients
throughout the local area as well as further a field offering a virtual office and book-keeping

As a growing business NCW Book-keeping and Office Services has an expanding workforce,
qualified to a high standard. Nikki herself has many years experience and is a qualified book-
keeper, AICB, and a member of the Institute of Certified Book-keepers. Discretion is a key
factor of the business. Many of their customers have been referred to Nikki by recommendation and whilst many are situated in and around Witham their client base extends to London, Hampshire and even Scotland. Their client base includes sole traders to medium sized businesses, start ups to established businesses.

All packages are tailored to the individual business and can range from annually, quarterly, weekly or more if required.

Their business also specialises in "baby-sitting" businesses where the key member requires time away from their business. This is particularly suited to the sole trader.

The individually tailored high quality services are suitable for the sole trader to the medium sized company. Available on or off site at sensible prices, the services can be a regular arrangement as described or "one-off's" as required.

Services include VAT, PAYE and payroll, sub-contractors monthly returns and statements, bank reconciliations, ledger accounts to trial balance, liaison with the clients accountants, cash flow forecasts etc. , general secretarial, mailings, call handling etc. For the residential landlord rental accounts can be administered and prepared for taxation purposes.

The owner is a member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. The company is owned by Nikki Willett AICB who has worked within the accounting industry for many years.

Having previously been involved in the management of a broad range of companies, she is more than able to run the company and assist in the day to day running of those of her clients.

Nikki has, over the past few years provided invaluable service to a number of companies that we have run including bookkeeping, admin, office support etc. Nikki also prepares my wife's and my own personal tax schedules and liaises with our accountant.
