Natural Windows Ltd did a great job, the quality of the window is very good, the fitting was quick and almost without disruption. Communication with their management was very good, too, and the fitters arrived exactly when they said they would (not a matter of course... ). Only downside is that the fitting date had to be postponed as they were so busy at the time. But you can hardly blame them for having lots of happy customers.
I had a number of windows and a door replaced. Natural Windows were cheaper than other quotes, easy to deal with, installed on time and the quality of the windows and door seems very good.
I would love to write a review for this Company (and I have only given them 1 star for Value and Quality to underline the poor rating for Service - I actually have no idea about Value for Money or Quality of their goods). But I can't because they show not the slightest interest in doing business with me.
I have been trying to get an estimate out of them for a replacement street door and surround (to fit a bay porch). This has been going on for weeks. Eventually their estimator came on December 14th, took literally two measurements and was gone in less than 2 minutes, promising a quote "in days". Since then, nothing. I have chased the office several times but it looks as though they just don't want the business. Pity - I was impressed by the showroom and by the knowledgable young lady who I spoke to.
Natural Windows installed 10 new windows for us in W2. I found the company extremely organised in their customer relations and communication, the staff onsite was very friendly, skilled and tidy. The windows exceeded our expectations. They look stunning and in terms of insulation, they are already making a big difference.
Professionally installed, high quality patio doors
Having been disappointed with the lack of updates in the progress of the patio doors from the company, I have been really impressed with the professionalism of the installers and the quality of both the doors and the workmanship to install them.
The installers arrived punctually, with a very friendly and helpful attitude and undertook a big job with a positive attitude.
The final result is a beautiful patio door, which provides fantastic insulation and the whole house has become warmer.
I would therefore be very happy to use this company again.
Bespoke doors for a basement lightwell in southwest London. I found the service to be efficient, polite and the quality of the doors ( complex bespoke design) is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Our house had a mishmash of original casements, old replacement casements and sliding secondary glazing and we needed to replace 16 of them. I think we went through 9 versions of the quote as we kept changing our minds and they were extremely patient and helpful throughout. The guys who came to fit the windows were extremely discreet, worked really hard, cleared up every day and were sensitive to the fact that we have young kids in the house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the windows - we are so pleased with them - and the team.
I've used these guys twice, very courteous to work with, very very flexible when it comes to timings and I've been blown away by the quality. Very service orientated and professional to deal with. I recommend them for sure.
I needed to replace wooden casements 'like-for-like' in a sensitive planning area in Central London. I have a fifth-storey flat in an Edwardian building with odd-sized windows set in a thick outer wall, so it presented some logistical challenges. Natural Windows were at the upper end of the range of quotes, but were straightforward to deal with. The fitting day changed twice at the last minute, but the fitters were very efficient, tidy, cleaned up afterwards and fitted 3 double windows in a day, which was a good effort given the challenges. I would recommend them.
