1.0 out of 5 | Order placed on 6th march 2008, received an e-mail on 7th March, stating the order is being processed. Sent a mail asking for an update on 17th March, no reply. E-mailed again on 20th to cancel order, no reply, mailed again on 7th April, no reply. Phoned on 29th April (premium rate), was promised a refund would be made when a member of staff turned up at 2pm. Today 6th May, still no refund, phoned again and the guy hung up the phone. Will now take legal action to recover the money. Be warned these people are not to be trusted. Incidentally the e-mail received confirming the order was from Caravanrecovery which is linked to caravanbreakersnationwide Martin Douglas - 6 May 2008 | | | Company Response : Please note as from the 27 of May 2008 the company was bought OUTRIGHT by myself Stephen Foster, and i can gladly say having been in the mail order business over 40 years this has never happen to my customers, If an item becomes out of stock, an email IS sent to the customer with an ETA, then its there choice to wait or have a refund.

3.7 out of 5 | Living up in the remote parts of Scotland, And needing caravan parts is an headache to start with but I come across this company which I hadn't used in the past, I required 5 parts of which 4 was in stock, on emailing each other they looked IDENTICAL, unfortunately one was wrong, i phoned them to be told to return it for a refund and if i had the original one send it down and they would match it. Just 2 Days later i get a call to say the part WAS available AND the stabiliser leg i also needed had come in on an identical caravan. So low and behold i GOT EVERY item I needed and i an now looking forward to Easter. May I thanks the Lads and Lassie's Down in the north who in MY opinion went out of there way to accommodate my needs.

Except on one occasion where they where out of stock, BUT they emailed me AND rang me to explain and asked if i wanted to wait a couple of days or they would offer an immediate refund. i waited and item arrived in 6 days Susan - 16 Jun 2007 |
