Based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire Myra Hodgson Reiki Master and Holistic Therapist is an experienced complementary therapist offering a professional Reiki training and holistic healing service from New Beginnings, above her home in Cudworth.

Reiki is a method of spiritual healing which assists with positive health and lifestyle changes to support health and wellbeing. It can be used for self-healing as well as treating others and training is ongoing throughout the year.

Myra also provides a wide range of relaxing holistic healing treatments which support conventional medicine. Treatment is designed to suit the individual and a health and lifestyle consultation will determine the most appropriate therapy or combination of therapies to relieve stress, ease aches and pains and restore vitality.

Myra has worked with the Reiki energy and holistic healing since 2000 following social research into the growing popularity of complementary therapies as part of a BA (Hons) degree. Specialising in Reiki training she is a qualified Usui Reiki Master / Teacher and holds ITEC, VTCT and IIHHT Diplomas in holistic therapies. Treatments include Reiki healing, aromatherapy, holistic massage, stress massage, Tibetan acupressure head massage, Indian head massage, lymph drainage massage and reflexology all incorporating Reiki to accelerate healing. She also provides nutritional therapy.

Myra Hodgson Reiki Master and Holistic Therapist has an expanding network of Reiki students and holistic healing clients, situated in and around Barnsley, including Cudworth itself and the surrounding villages of South and West Yorkshire. Reiki promotes positive change and individuals come from all walks of life to learn Reiki once they are ready to make new beginnings.
