Myotopia Massage Therapy offers a professional, high quality treatments in your home, work place, place of stay or from a treatment room in Leamington Spa town centre. Chrissie Callaghan is qualified to degree level in complementary health therapies and offers sports massage, Swedish massage, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage massage. Chrissie is fully insured and available to offer treatments throughout Warwickshire and Coventry. Whether the objective is pain relief or simply relaxation, a suitable treatment is available. Swedish massage is an excellent relaxation treatment that can be deep or gentle, and uses blended massage oils.
Thai massage is a deeply relaxing treatment developed around 2500 years ago by Buddhist monks. The therapist assists the client to perform Yoga style stretches while the client remains completely relaxed. Working along energy lines with gentle pressure helps clear blockages and relieve tension.
Sports massage is a deep, prescriptive therapy that is used to help the body recover from muscle pain and injury. Trigger point therapy and stretching is often involved, for more information please contact Myotopia.
Lymphatic drainage is used to treat Lymphoedema.

Chrissie Callaghan has studied massage therapy to the highest current level offered by VTCT (the awarding body). Her degree in Complementary Health Therapies enhances her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, enabling for informed practice and referrals when required. Chrisse is fully insured to practice, and is a full member of the Federation of Holistic therapists.

I regularly suffer from back pain due to my Judo coaching and have used masseuses who work with Olympic atheletes - Chrissie is just as good. No question.

The sports massage itself was an excellent deep pressure. Afterwards I felt considerable improvement in the range of movement in my shoulder, which had been stiff and painful for several days.
I would highly recommend Christina to anyone requiring a thorough and friendly treatment.
