Myoga4u - Yoga ClubMyoga4u teaches Hatha Yoga to groups or on a one-2-one basis. The company can offer private classes in the client's business / home as well as carrying out the following community classes:

- Duloch Leisure Centre Dunfermline, Tuesday, 1. 15pm-2. 15 pm mixed abilities
The main emphasis is to unite mind, body and soul leaving the participant with a feeling of well being.
Come along to the 'positively you' day on the 4th of October at Masterton Primary School and experience this workshop of yoga Meditation Reiki and massage.
