I rented a room in one of Mark's properties during a 6 months stay in Newcastle in early 2012. Mark is a friendly and professional landlord and prepared my tenancy agreement very quickly so that I could move in on short notice, which I highly appreciated. Moving in and out was uncomplicated, questions and problems were adressed and fixed ASAP. The flat was fully furnished and very homely, I had a great time staying there.
I rented with Mark twice, and both times I received exceptional service. He arranged a new mattress for me and a new fridge for the house, also adjusted house moving times to suit my busy schedule. this is a reference for Mark, who is a really reliable, conscientious and helpful letting agent. I really enjoyed living in his property and I had wonderful 6 month in Newcastle! Mark is taking care of the the students and peolpe that live in the properties, he is organising everything (visits, repairs).
