The business provides individuals with a tailored property sourcing service, and has a range of properties to suit both investors and first time homebuyers. The experienced team ensures that all clients achieve their personal aims in purchasing suitable properties at the right price. The service is intended to provide a below market value purchase every time, with attractive easy buy schemes, including substantial developers discounts and other benefits.
The company is run by Les and Karen Sheppard who have been involved in the property investing market for many years. The team are experienced as portfolio investors themselves, and with the capacity to look after their clients interests, having previously developed a personal property portfolio in the UK and Cyprus.

My Dream Pad are open for business from 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.
