1.0 out of 5 | Took my laptop for repair and they charged me over 15 times the price of the part (avaliable from dabs website) and over £85 for less than 1 hours work. I advise you to find out the part prices first and insist they don't charge you the assessment fee when paying for the repair. When we do an assement on laptops we contact our customers with the prices for parts and labour before any work is carried out. You are more than welcome to source the parts if you wish us to carry out the repair. Our assement fee of £10 is deducted if you want us to complete the repair.
