Fee free consultation and feasibility studies are offered to clients or potential clients based in London and the Home Counties. The business is situated in both Banstead and Sutton Surrey.
Having a team that includes all the necessary, suitably qualified and skilled, trades, Mulgrave Construction has the ability to undertake works ranging from minor repairs to total house renovation as well as residential and commercial property extensions. The in-house design and surveying team is there to assist with a pictorial representation of your project and to provide design insight when required.

It involved removing the bath to expose rotting water soaked joists which were replaced and at each stage I was shown what was the cause and how it was being repaired. In the end the joists were replaced, after he negotiated with the insurance valuer, floorboards replaced and the kitchen repainted. now the bath and kitchen are of high quality.
