I came to MRA after my foreign license had expired in the UK and I had to test for a UK license. Initially, I chose them because they offered automatic transmission instruction but, after my first lesson, I was also impressed with the quality of instruction and good advice. My instructor, Mike, was faced with re-training a driver with 42 years of driving experience in North America and a year of picking up bad habits from trying to figure out how to drive in the UK from watching other drivers. I was fortunate to pass the practical test the first time and Mike's instruction was absolutely critical to my success. I would recommend MRA without hesitation to anyone and, in particular, to other North Americans who need to either test in the UK or just want to understand the proper way to drive here.

My instructor made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, had a lot of time and patience and always worked with me in a positive may, always on time for lessons and gave me fantastic tips when doing manoeuvres which have help me even after my test, which I passed first time. The value for money is great, after each lesson I walked away and felt I had taken in a lot more and with each lesson my confidence grew and unlike with other instructors I have been with through bigger companies I always looked forward to my lessons with MRA.

I would highly recommend MRA driving school to anyone.

i am an older driver with a young daughter MRA was the only school that offered an automatic car immediately and i was able to take my daughter with me which was great. my instuctor was calm and patient and very good at explaining manouvers etc. i had 5 months tuition(34hrs) and passed 2nd time. i would recommend MRA to anyone.

It is difficult to find a driving instructor who suits best to your needs. I found MRA fitted to my needs. My driving instructor provided me very flexible timings. He was very patient with me. Though I passed 2nd time but I feel very comfortable with my driving now.

i found them extremely professional and had an excellent quality of learning. They made me feel confident when learning to drive, they gave me the feedback i needed to improve and helped me past with confidence first time. i will definitely be recommending them to others because i feel that they were the best driving school around.

An excellent and competent instructor who is patient and approachable. very competent in passing on clear and precise instructions. Passed at the first go; thanks to proficiency combined with experienced tutoring. I enjoyed the lessons immensely and will gladly recommend MRA School of Motoring. Thanks Mike. We did it.

My confidence in driving was pretty low after a bad learning experience with one of the Big Schools of Motoring. MRA reinstilled my confidence within a couple of lessons thanks to their patient and positive approach. When it came to taking my test my instructer worked hard to find the soonest possible test date for me. I passed first time. I would highly recommend MRA to anyone looking to find an honest, patient and efficient driving instructor.
