Monsal specialises in the application of anaerobic digestion solutions for waste recycling, waste minimisation and production of biogas with renewable energy generation.

These include Monsal Uniflow Heat Exchangers, Monsal AM Mixing systems, Monsal AG Compressors and Monsal Airflow Autodesludging systems.

Monsal provides a comprehensive range of services which includes, process audits, process optimisation, process and plant development, CFD modelling, physical modelling, rheology testing and performance testing. Monsal also offer particular expert advice on digestion, CHP, process mixing, heating and handling of sludge and biogas. Monsal can offer process guarantees on its systems and provides user training, and operating and maintenance documentation. Monsal offers full preventative maintenance contracts, which can include remote monitoring and 24-hour breakdown support.
