Momentum Arts - Drama School

Momentum Arts is a small organisation, offering dance, drama and physical theatre workshops and projects to schools, colleges and community organisations throughout the North East of England. The organisation, which is based in County Durham, originally started out in 2001 and has many years experience in the Community Arts sector.

Momentum is dedicated to delivering high quality performing arts workshops and projects. With a wealth of experience to draw on, Momentum Arts can tailor and deliver projects and workshops to meet your specific requirements.

The company provides groups with a range of tailored drama, dance and physical theatre workshops and has an excellent track record in succesful past projects. Experienced and creative workshop leaders deliver exciting and innovative drama, dance and theatre workshops. Each project intends to provide learning, fun, team building, confidence, performance skills and enjoyment every time.

The company is managed by Ruth Hindmarsh who has been involved in the Performing and Community Arts industry since Graduation in 1998. Having previously worked for Theatre Cap-a-Pie, Busy Ape Arts and No Limit's Theatre, Ruth Hindmarsh is more than qualified to deliver the most innovative, well organised and creative performing arts projects and workshops.
