SCAM SCAM SCAM. Reading other reviews i feel that there are more people out there that have been scammed in the same way as my wife was. She was charged £80 for mobile phone insurance that we CLEARLY stated that we didn't want. Following that someone had an Indian takeaway in Rugby on our expense. We have never been to Rugby and Mitele are the 1st company in Rugby that we have dealt with. My personal view is if you hear the word MITELE put the phone down or run as fast as you can.

I was scammed by Matt named chap who posed as being from o2 mobile company and asked me for my card and account details to refund the money for my already cancelled insurance. In fact they charged me £ 90 for nothing. I have no idea how they did this. I have filed a formal complaint in the companies house and Financial services authority. Its a scam please be aware.

Such a nightmare in my life came across one insurance company Like MiTele. They do NOT have any value for their's business.

After the burglary of my house almost more than a month, they still delay the service as they promised for me to claim my insured handset. The guy who services me called Matt. He gave me all kind of excuse: such as Handset crash, Lost my mobile number,Post the wrong handset to me to the wrong address (I even wait at home for it). I still have not get my mobile phone yet. I think I will not receive it at all.
