 out of 5 | I have bought most of my daughter's best and holiday clothes from this shop for years. The staff go out of their way to help in every way and are always friendly and professional and never pushy! (as some shops I have visited are!) I visit the shop and buy online and have never been disappointed. They stock an excellent selection of top quality and unusual clothes. Just cannot fault. Definitely worth a visit... you won't be disappointed. |
out of 5 | Lynn was very helpful and went out of her way to show us the full range of Christening gowns until we had decided on our final choice. The shop has some beautiful clothes and I would fully recomend Mischief Kids if you are looking for a special outfit for your child just take your credit card because you wont be able to leave without buying something! |
 out of 5 | My wife visited the shop today looking to buy not only a pair of shoes for our sons' christening but several additional outfits both for our son and her expectant sister. She returned extremely angry at how she had been treated in the shop. The lady serving in the shop was extremly rude and unhelpful. We have since spoken to several other people who have had a simlar experience. Not a great way to run a business !!!! |
| Company Response : Thank your for your review, I am sorry you felt the need to post it instead of attempting to speak to me. The member of staff your wife (and associate) spoke to has worked in the shop for over 20 years and is never rude or unhelpful. She did offer to see if there was availability on the pram shoes but, all three members of staff who were in the shop at the time felt that it was the lady who was with your wife was the one who was rude and, did not give her chance to check availability. Fortunately, the vast number of our customers are lovely, and, come back to us time and time again and because of them the shop has been trading for over 27 years. |
out of 5 | I tried everywhere to find these shoes for my daughter when i came across this website. I phoned and asked about sizes and they were very helpful and more important willing to help. The shoes where dispatched the same day and i received them the next day. Absolutly beautiful and well worth the money. thank you so much mischief kids :). |
out of 5 | Imagine being in the South of the country and ordering, late in the afternoon on 22nd December, hoping the items will arrive from somewhere in the North of the UK in time for Christmas - I had thought it was hopeless! Not only were my emails answered promptly, the staff could not have been more delightful - full of advice, insights and eagerness to help in any way they could. My parcel arrived first thing this morning and the clothes themselves are nothing less than gorgeous - excellent quality and beuatiful design. I'll be shopping here frequently! |
