Millhouses then contacted us and offered to go through the quote in detail and any questions we had. This gave me a level of confidence and we subsequently agreed a start date.
All the staff who worked onsite were very friendly and this is extremrely important when it is a 5 month project. Work was completed pretty much on time and we now have a lovely master bedroom with en-suite, a extended kitchen and an office built on the back of the garage.
My wife and I love the work and would thoroughly recommend Millhouses.

A free set of plans backed by firm reassurances from Sue and Steve that an extension was possible prompted us to go on holiday leaving house keys with them and their team of workmen The result is a very useful third bedroom, very well built and, toilet and wash basin en suite, beautifully finished. We are so pleased to have gone to the right people.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - We Asked Sue of Millhouses Plans and Construction to draw up plans for an extension and basement conversion for us. Then we asked them to go ahead and build it. Although they weren't the cheapest we appreciated the professional approach from all at Millhouses Plans and Construction and we have nothing but praise for the quality of the work.
We liked the idea of the site toilet because it meant that we could go to work knowing that the builders could get on with their work without needing access to the house. The workmen were polite and cleaned up each day, even the neighbours commented!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Mill house plans and construction arranged for the plans for my 2 storey extension to be obtained then applied for the planning permission for me, in fact they dealt with the whole project from start to finish. All the trades they arranged to come on site turned up when they said they would. I am glad I took up the recommendation from a friend to use them and will certainly pass their names onto anyone who mentions they need a builder or architect in future.
