Had i not gone to microsmith i probabaly would have thrown out a perfectly good lapetop, and main computer. There advice, service,and technical support sorted a long standing problem with my system. I highly recommend this company as good value at a very affordable price

My laptop was unusable. Within 48 hours, Microsmith had responded to my phone enquiry, told me to visit, diagnosed the problem and, in detail,explained repairs/cost needed. Ready and collected next day, then more advice/help over telephone to link back onto Broadband. Very impressed!

We certainly recommend Microsmith not only for their customer care and attention that we received but also for their service, their expertise we feel is second to none. We were really appreciative of the speed in which they solved our laptop problems, which were not too complicated in our case but nor did they pretend it was and therefore their fees reflected that, and as we are on very limited income this straight forward and honest approach was very welcome. If we experience any other problems with our computers we shall certainly be availing ourselves of their excellent service.

My daughters laptop was dead, I was told by two other computer shops that the motherboard will cost £150 to repair and £200 to replace!
Microsmith serviced and fixed the whole laptop for £55.00 and put a 1 year warranty on the repair!
