If the client is planning to buy items from DIY stores etc which are too big to fit into their car, why not check out the prices on offer to deliver and collect before paying the stores charges. 5.0 out of 5 | We needed to have my brother's sofa picked up from Oxford and delivered to us near Cambridge. It was a challenge that my brother was only available at lunchtimes and on weekends to help send the Sofa on its way. We contacted 10s of Courier services, and from the email contact we had with Ian it was already clear that he was the only one who was keen to fit our requirements and his price was fair too. We had come across many firms giving us silly quotes, and received some very unclear communication from other firms! It was fantastic that he was able to confirm arrangements via email and his communication was excellent. Even before his work began we were put at ease and confident that everything was going to go smoothly, which is such a rarity when normally dealing with deliveries of any sort! Unintentionally we had made things harder for Ian since we had overlooked an appointment later that day when we would be away from the house. This narrowed the work window further for Ian, but he was happy to oblige. The Sofa pick up was very punctual and delivery too. He arrived at the perfect time Oxford and when he made it to Cambridge it was before we thought possible so we were still getting the room tidied ready! Ian was a pleasure to do business with. Very friendly and even after a long drive offered to hang on and help us move the furniture all the way into the room.
In short, Ian's offering an exceptional service, the like of which you very rarely encounter. He exceeded our expectations and his service is excellent value for money especially when you consider how he takes care of everything so giving you peace of mind.
