Mersey Hips - Home Information Pack Provider

Mersey Hips is a small local business offering home information packs to both public and private clients throughout Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. The company, which is located in South Liverpool, originally started out by providing energy performance certificates in 2007. Payment for the HIP can be deferred or paid by cash, cheque or debit card.

The business has two active partners, Peter and Martin Bourke, both of whom have gained considerable experience in the property and construction sector over the last 30 years, as a quantity surveyor and site agent respectively. Since last year have provided Bellway Homes and Fairfield Estates with energy performance certificates and are currently accredited with Elmhurst Energy Systems. White label HIP's can be provided (ensuring the client's brand is in front of the customers) or stand alone energy performance certificates. The HIP contains all the mandatory documents produced within 5 working days. The company website merseyhips com also offers the facility to send any enquiry direct. Once the HIP is complete it can be uploaded and viewed via the website. It is then possible to print out further copies or just offer prospective buyers access to view the HIP details.
