Melanie Skeet - Counselling - Colchester

Since qualifying as a counsellor in 2008, Melanie Skeet has been helping clients in private practice, and offers counselling appointments at premises close to Colchester town centre. She can also offer appointments in Braintree.

Melanie works with adult individuals to help them to address their emotional difficulties or any 'problems in living' with which they may be struggling. She aims to offer a supportive professional relationship to help clients access their courage and other inner-resources for use in working on their problems or their self-development. The counselling approach offered to the client is 'integrative', which means that Melanie draws on knowledge of several different schools of counselling to find ways of helping each unique person.

Melanie has experience of helping people with low self esteem, co-dependency, domestic abuse, panic attacks, anger management, bereavement, relationship breakdown and many other difficulties.
