out of 5 | We were relocated <24hrs before we arrived - but given freeparking. Only 1 key available for 4 people and no chance of more. 1st morning had no hot water & boiler leaking-we dance all day&night, showers are essential. ONLY contact for Medlock was by mobile, no's in the flat are for BlueRainbow not Medlock. Both mobiles not answered for literally hours, finally we received keys to a rm 4 floors below us to shower in (1hr late). Engineer came so they took the key back-assuring us it worked. It didn't, after many calls we had no hot water OR alt room for that entire day, evening, night. No-one responded to either number until 2am the next morning, then was promised new rm at 10am and he would call with a spare rm to shower that night (we get back at 4am) no-one called, 9:30am I get through to Medlock who PROMISE a new rm within the hour. No contact until 1pm - we danced all night, sweaty & missed half a day as can't leave the flat as smell, can't eat as no cutlery - dishwasher needs hot water and no washing liquid. 2pm new rm keys - the spare rm from prev day, so was clearly free all night so why didn't send over keys! We move in, but just 2 towels,no toilet paper, & the cutlery dirty in dishwasher (no tabs) & overlooking a very ugly carpark. The recompense? 10% off - this after loosing 1/2 a day to being trapped in the apartment with no hot water and 1.5 days with no hot water etc. oh and the building has 2 main exits from the building. 1 didn't work for half the stay so had to travel to the other end to get out-thank god no fire- and the carpark exit failed as the key pad wouldn't work so waited 20mins until was opened from outside with a FOB so we could escape this hell. Customer service & communication was the worse I've ever had. They simply do not care about you, will not help if anything goes wrong. Avoid like the plague unless you're feeling lucky. |
