Mediact - First Aid Training CompanyMediact first aid training is an independent training company providing first aid courses through the REC scheme. REC first aid courses at basic, emergency, HSE FAW and advanced level, can be run at clients own venue anywhere in the UK. Public courses are run near Bakewell in the Peak District. Automatic External Defibrillator AED courses are also provided.
Mediact is a specialist in training for remote area workers who may have more extended time to care for casualties. As such, they concentrate more on practicalities and effectiveness, rather than competition standard bandaging and knot tying.
