Me Time - Complementary Therapy"Me Time" offer reiki and indian head massage to clients throughout Reading and beyond. Many years experience in the Complementary Therapy has led to evidence of providing relaxation, stress-relief, pain-relief and support to develop confidence and well-being. A variety of courses are available to support the process, as well as hourly treatments.
