Each project required a substantial knowledge of the current legislation and flexible approach to resolving issues when converting a large Grade 2 listed building into apartments. I'd have no hesitation in using MBlec again he was particularly helpful when the main contractor went into receivership and Mike recovered the position with professionalism. He also has good taste in the accessories he uses.

MB-Lec performed admirably and were proactive in undertaking other tasks during down time. In addition, they also provided design help in the form of positive suggestions for solutions to logistical problems.
