Max20 IT Recruitment provides IM&T staff for the NHS. The company provides staff on temporary and permanent contracts throughout the UK.

The company has experienced IM&T staff working at primary care trusts, strategic health authorities, health informatics services, acute trusts and supply to The Department of Health.

Their contractor rates are based on the new AfC pay bands. This is unlike other agencies, where employee rates are based upon what the agency charges.

Max20 operate an open-book arrangement. They let their candidates know how much their services are being charged at, and the amount which max20 take.

The max20 website allows NHS managers to search the max20 database of candidates so they can find the right person for the right job. Candidates can also register, submit their details and be found by NHS employers looking for IM&T staff.
