As well as their scheduled courses in the most popular Microsoft applications including MS Project, Matrix specialise in tailoring courses to meet the clients’ needs. Their training is tutor led in small class sizes (max 6), in a friendly and relaxed environment, which has proved to be the most successful and lasting way of training staff. Courses are supported by comprehensive notes and also a 30 day free help-line after the training. Many clients find it very useful to have a trainer on site for a day to “floor walk” and help staff at their workstation with specific application queries. This proves a very cost effective way of addressing IT problems without losing staff for a whole day to attend a course.
