I have worked with Martyn Davies Creative since the inception of my business 4 years ago. Martyn hosted our website (designed by others) and set up our e mail accounts.
We have had issues in the past with the E mail side of things that we were unhappy about, but put that down to a one off. During that time I was unhappy with his lack of interest or support, but the person who recommended me said it was uncharacteristic.
However, we have had yet another episode of poor service, non-existant E mail and still it is not resolved, days later.
I now feel it is time to say enough is enough and go to another company as I do not feel valued as a client, and can not afford to be without a service which is so vital to business nowadays.
Company response : Strange that your review at the time I first uploaded your site was glowing. I gave a weekend up trying to help you with your email issues with the help of the excellent support department at Compila. I believe that it was fairly altruistic of me to do so bearing in mind that you do not pay me for IT support and paid very little for your hosting as you are the brother of a good friend of mine. In the end it was clear that your problems were not at the server end but in setting up your own computer to collect your email. And I did try to help you with that.

Martyn worked on a corporate identity for me - he really listened and completely understood the concept I wanted, and very promptly emailed a few ideas which were beyond my expectations. Service and quality were great. Efficient, innovative, and, well, creative!
Martyn is a rare breed indeed, a creative who is also technical savvy. I have worked alongside Martyn for more years than I care to mention and without exception he has been a pleasure and an inspiration to work with. Running my own creative business means that I can be very reluctant to hand over creative work when I am too busy, however Martyn has never let me down and has always exceeded my expectations. He also has great patience and is able to convert my designs and visuals into stunning and workable websites.
Martyn Davies Creative always ensure that they take a proper brief and that the brief is discussed to ensure that all of the parameters are met. The work produced pushes the creative envelop to ensure that the best quality is provided.

Marrtyn and his team have helped us to build a new and complicated online shop. There have been a few frustrations along the way but we have been more than happy with the work.
