Martha Simpson is well qualified for this role. She has a Masters degree which focused on the impact of coaching and demonstrated the exponential benefits of coaching. She is a qualified HR professional and has been awarded fellow status with the CIPD. She has a Diploma Excel in Corporate and Executive Coaching with Distinction with the Coaching Academy, and also a Diploma Excel in Personal Performance Coaching with Distinction. Martha was one of the first people to achieve Licensed Trainer status with the Coaching Academy. Her associates are all required to have a coaching qualification. Martha Simpson Coaching has a growing number of clients, based throughout the UK, including a number who have happily given glowing testimonials.
