5.0 out of 5 | This review relates specifically to a seminar delivered by Malcolm York of Break Solutions over the internet (via Webinar) entitled "How to turn your web visitors into clients". I have previously attended a Webinar on "How to market your firm in a recession" which was of a similar high standard. The opportunity to access quality training over the internet has substantial benefits in terms of time and money saved and minimal disruption to the working day. Following conclusion of the seminar, I lost no time in implementing a few of the many excellent tips imparted by Malcolm during the session.
The seminar provided some invaluable background information regarding the way web users browse the internet, the basics of Search Engine Optimisation etc and a detailed look at Google Analytics and Adwords. The second session provided some very useful tips on how to engage visitors to your website by using various interactive tools with a view to hopefully converting those visitors into clients/new business.
The administrative arrangements for the seminar were impeccable with reminders received by email at timely intervals before the event and the opportunity to add the seminar information direct into Outlook Calendar at the click of a mouse.
Malcolm York's delivery of the seminar was clear, concise and set at just the right pace and level for the non-marketing non-IT specialist attendee. The content was easily understood but interspersed with many brilliant tips for successful marketing. Thanks again for this excellent workshop.
