Maghull Kickboxing and Self Defence Club - Martial ArtsMaghull Kickboxing and Self Defence Club provide classes for everyone including: Little Ninjas age 4-6, Junior Kickboxing age 6-16, Adult Kickboxing age 16 plus, and Ladies Kickboxing keep Fit, also offering Self Defence training for everyone, from children getting bullied at school or at home, women and men suffering domestic violence, and adults getting bullied in the work place. They have classes for everyone from age four to seventy, for people throughout Maghull, Aughton, Kirkby, Walton, Aintree, Ormskirk and the surrounding local area. Home tutoring private training also available.
The club strives help people with following, stop bullying, build confidence, domestic violence, lose weight, tone bodies, meet new people, change their lives, the club helps people from Kirkby, Skelmersdale, and all areas. The club has many students from Maricourt, Deyes High, Maghull High schools. New students are encouraged to come and watch a class before joining to dispell any fears they may have. The Ladies Kickboxing keep fit class will tone and shape the body, like people would not believe, and have more energy than ever imagined and could burn upto 800 calories in one hour.
The organisation can help people turn their lives around, building confidence and assertiveness, which will help them in their everyday life. Maghull Kickboxing and Self Defence Club is a member of Sefton Sports Council. The club has a nice friendly atmosphere, making it ideal for students to relax, and they are available all year round at Maghull Kickboxing and Self Defence club. The club has a total anti bullying campaign.
