With UK online help through remote desktop support and on site support locally, the service is designed to keep Macs and their users working together.

Macwiz came to my rescue and were able to retrieve all my data, fit a new hard drive, and reload the information. So I was ready to resume work after two or three days. They kept me posted about progress each day, and eventually texted me when the repair was complete. A business lifesaver.
Since then they have helped me transfer work files over to a new iMac, and offer invaluable help with other issues. An invaluable business lifeline! |
